Founding Chairman; Group CEO - [President and Patron] of LIGHTACE GLOBAL™ INC.; t/a LIGHTACE™ GROUP OF COMPANIES® & ASSOCIATES, (INT'L) – wholly-owned conglomerates of “COGA™ LEGACY FAMILY TRUST INC.”
He corporately owns Private Equity and Preferential Shares in “COGA™ Legacy Family Trust Inc.” - Sole Owners of the Conglomerates; whereas, LightAce™ Global Foundations Inc. equally owns Preferential Shareholding allotments, through its’ appointed “Board of Trustees”, Members, and/or Governing Council.
Christopher O.G Aloysius (PhD), is a Social Philanthropist; Astute Entrepreneur, and a Strategic Business Intelligence Expert, with many years of background Business Forensics Intelligence; and Para-Legal Corporate training. He is an Academic Research Fellow & Scientist in his own honours; well-versed in Immunology and Immunochemistry. He obtained a Master's Degree in Medical Microbiology & Parasitology.
Christopher O.G Aloysius, is a Servant Leader, an ardent scholar; and a ‘public interest blogger’ who understands the literal and divine potency in mankind. He further understands that humanity is filled and endowed with endless supernatural endowments and possibilities that is vested upon the knowledge; and mysteries of God’s Grace through ‘working-vessels’ in the secular.
He is an Inspirational speaker, an aspiring Author who is widely travelled, and is in Strategic Alliance Partnerships with noble individuals, and astute conglomerations within his vast network of Diplomatic Business Associates around the Globe.
Christopher O.G Aloysius, is one of the founding Members/Director (Executive Vice-President) of "Alpha Oriona Group of Companies Inc. CA, INC.; USA" – A merger which was established by Alpha Oriona Enterprises Inc. USA, LightAce™ Global Inc. Africa; and Link Africa Housing-SARLU at the Union Des Comores (Comoros Islands); to administer “Sovereign Infrastructures Funds” in and around the African Continent.
He is a National Strategist, and renowned Church Administrator. He had for many years chaperoned ‘Youth with a Ministry’ globally. He is presently in pursuit of an Executive Masters in Business Administration from a Paris-based prestigious Institution; and a Doctorate in International Business Law from a Prestigious Swiss-based University. He is an Apostle in the Market Place.

At LIGHTACE ENERGY GROUP, Mr. Ihor manages the entire staff and clientele in over two continents.
Mr. Ihor Kotelnykov - Is an entrepreneur with many years of experience after working with quite a few Multi-National Companies around Ukraine. He is a Graduate of International Economics, with specialisations in International Economics Relations from Kyiv International University, Kyiv Ukraine.
In 2004, Mr. Ihor graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, subsequent to bagging a Masters Degree in Finance, in 2005.
He specialized also in Management of Educational Institution from National Pedagogical Drago-manov University. He is the Deputy Director at Irpin Lyceum of Innovative Technologies.
He also worked at Alpha Insurance, Bancassurance Department as Head of Bancaassurance for about 8years. Mr. Ihor serves on the Board of Advisory Committee, and a shareholder (Vice President) at the newly formed merger—HARD ROCK DEVELOPMENT LLC. USA.
Mr. Ihor serves on the Board of Directors of LightAce Global Incorporation, t/a LightAce Group of Companies & Associates (Africa-North America), under the Directorate of Logistics, Procurements; and International Markets of wholly-owned corporate subsidiaries of LightAce Energy Group, namely: LIGHTACE ENERGY LIMITED, and LIGHTACE DEVELOPMENT & ENERGY LIMTED, CANADA.
